ConocoPhillips will host all meals, networking activities, and coordinate hotel reservations, however, please note that sleeping accommodations will be at the attendees' expense. Upon checking into the hotel, you'll be required to provide a credit card for your stay. 

A block of rooms have been reserved at The Westin Nashville. Your room will be reserved once you complete the event registration. You will receive a hotel confirmation closer to the event date.

Extended Stay

The hotel will honor the group rate 3-days pre and post the event dates; subject to availability.

The Westin Nashville is located directly across from the Music City Center and within walking distance of Broadway, offering comfortable accommodations, on‑site dining, a rooftop lounge, fitness center, spa, and easy access to Nashville’s top entertainment and attractions.
